In Traditional Chinese Medicine, there are five seasons in a year: Autumn, Winter, Spring, Summer, and Late Summer. Each season is associated with one of the five elements: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth.
In this workshop, we will use a combination of yoga, acupressure, breathwork and relaxation to help balance our beings during Autumn, the Metal element time of letting go. With this rebalancing, we will ready ourselves to step into winter with more fortitude and ease.
Bundles are self-paced experiences that you can purchase once and repeat as often as you’d like, with no membership required. These are stand-alone mini practices that together comprise one complete experience.
